beers at the annual Bundner Runde (Round Tab le) in Davos, Switzerland.
Of 15 guest speakers at this business gathering for German-speaking Europeans,
Warner was the only American.
Oldenberg Brewing Co., Ft. Mitchell, KY, announced that all 800,000
shares of company stock have been purchased less than 10 weeks after offering

Frederick Brewing Co., Frederick, MD, announced completion of its
initial public offering of 805,000 shares of common stock at $6 per share.
The stock began trading March 11 on NASDAQ' s SmallCap Market as "BLUE."

Fort Collins, CO-based New Belgium Brewing Co. announced the grand
opening of its 28,000-sq.-ft. craft brewing facility. Total project cost
was approximately $4.5 million (including equipment). The new facility features
a state-of-the-art, three-vessel, 100-bbl brewhouse from Germany's Anton

H.C. Berger Brewing Co. announced that new partners have bought into
the Fort Collins brewery, one of the oldest microbreweries in Colorado.
Brewery founders Sandy and Karen Jones are staying on. Newlands
ofBritish Columbia will build a 50-bbl brewery for the top-selling labels,

St. Stan's Brewing Co. , Modesto, CA, recently completed a phased
production expansion that will bring annual production capability to 50,000
barrels. Two new 120-bbl fermenters boosted current production capacity

Full Sail Brewing Co. announces its Nut Brown Ale is now available
year-round in six-packs, reaching shelves beginning April 1 in Oregon and
Washington, and in outlying markets thereafter.
Lost Coast Brewery, Eureka, CA, has brought its line of 22-oz. products
to Nevada, which joins California, Minnesota, New Jersey and Massachusetts

to brew a special Christmas Cantillon for the next season based upon 100%

The Brew Factory, Inc., received its franchise license from the State
of California on Feb. 29, the first personal microbrewery (BOP) franchise
in the U.S. The Brew Factory opened its first store in San Luis Obispo,

Colorado's Rock Bottom reports that their Cleveland, OH, brewery
has been "out-of-hand" busy and will be expanding fermentation

The Commonwealth Brewing Company has signed a 20-year lease for 14,000
sq. ft. at the corner of 48th St. & Rockefeller Plaza -- formerly the
site of Charley O' s restaurant. Set to open in March, CBC will seat approximately
300 people and will offer a broad selection of handcrafted brews and fine
cuisine.
Honolulu Magazine readers elected Gordon Biersch Brewery Restaurant
in Honolulu as "Best Place for a Drink in Hawaii."
Molson Breweries U.S.A. has been named the exclusive U.S. importer
of Dry Blackthorn Cider. A best-selling draught cider in the U.K.,
